In the contemporary world dominated by new technologies, smart facades have gained tremendous popularity, becoming a noticeable and bold feature as far as the commercial domain is concerned, and thus our upcoming commercial development is a combination of both form and function, incorporated in a contemporary workspace.
The corner building was treated differently, the nodal point was picked up and it became the reference of the view point considering which the corner was treated.
The ideology to design the façade followed simple observational entities and design elements interdependent to build a coherent structure. The simple alignments are followed to create a clean look. The lines were distorted making the flow to break the monotony and opening up the node.
Taking special mention of the sun direction the strategically designed the glass to solid ratio giving maximum glass in north direction to avoid intake of excess heat but allowing ample light and ventilation through it reducing the heat load.
The project is a collection of well thought off ideologies put together to achieve a piece of art.
